This is what it states on Muffhyms Cattery website: "To be on priority list a Non Refundable deposit must be sent in." This CFA cat breeder's was truly raking those dollars in. Buyers do not buy from any cat breeder who states on their website: "DEPOSITS ARE NON REUNDABLE".

What those CFA cat breeders are doing is strong arming the buyer, forcing the buyer if you change your mind for whatever reason, you lose your deposit and I keep your money for the time. That is called in my book strong arming the buyer and this is against the law. Its a form of intimidation.

Beware of cat breeders who offer a "good faith deposit" option
